The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

The Law Society of Hong Kong encourages exchange among members of the legal industry. The GCLAC organised the inaugural "Cross Strait Three Regions Young Lawyers Forum" in 2011, which was subsequently rebranded as "Cross Strait Four Regions Young Lawyers Forum" in 2013, to provide a platform for lawyers from the Greater China region to exchange, learn and network. The Forum is an annual flagship event for young lawyers in the region.
